In 2019 Liepāja Old People’s Residential Home residents experienced virtual reality and went on a digital tour around Liepāja.

As part of the “Future Diversities” project of the EU program “Creative Europe” we were able to create a 360° video tour of Liepājas most profound locations.

The 360° video is 20 minutes long and includes spatial field recordings. It was presented on 5 oculus go headsets in the senior house.

This experience for seniors was remarkable! Thy very much enjoyed this new tech and visiting places virtually.
